Steps Teachers

Our Steps Staff are dedicated to improving their practice through ongoing teacher and assistant training each week that is focused on best teaching practices and the Steps Dance School Mission and Vision. They love sharing their passion for dance and working with young dancers to encourage life-long dancers.

Assistants are highly trained and work with and shadow our teachers to learn the Steps curriculum and best teaching practices before they teach classes on their own.
